How do I know when my package will arrive?

The confirmation email contains the tracking number from the international supplier. Unfortunately, the arrival date and time are not provided. However, within a week, a local tracking number will appear at the bottom of the tracking page. This number will allow you to track the package locally, and an estimated arrival date and time will also be provided.

Note: To track the parcel locally, you need to enter the local tracking number on another website. Please refer to the links provided for more information.

Shipping costs:

There are no costs for shipping.

Delivery if no one is at home or is picked up at the post office:

If a package is delivered to the door or picked up at the post office, Robinson Melbourne has already covered the delivery costs. If the package is not accepted or not picked up at the post office, it will automatically be returned to the supplier. In this case, we reserve the right to deduct $26 from the refunded amount.
